Women Abroad Club

We’re building the resources, tools and community we wish we had when we first moved abroad.

We’re two best friends from France and The Netherlands who moved across the world to build a life in the United States.

We first met in 2016 while being exchange students at the University of California, Berkeley. We immediately connected on campus tour, and here was the beginning of a long friendship!

For the next four years, as we traveled and lived in different countries, we had to face many challenges and quickly understood the essential value of strong friendships, communities and resources.

Today, after a decade living abroad, we’ve successfully built careers, friendships, relationships and lives that once felt impossible.

Finally reunited in New York City in 2021, we decided to build the community that we wish we had when we first moved abroad.

In 2023, Women Abroad Club was born. Because no woman should build their life abroad alone.
